Castle View Guest House is situated in the cathedral city of Durham, just a short stroll away from the city’s amenities. This 250-year-old guesthouse is surrounded by picturesque riverside walks, and spectacular views of the cathedral and castle.
The guesthouse is an excellent base for exploring the city’s attractions which are all within walking distance including the stone cobbled streets which are filled with restaurants, pubs and cafes, leading to the magnificent cathedral. Within a 15-minute walk are the beautiful botanical gardens and the Gala Theatre.
